Dear Parent/Guardian,

Welcome to Tuturin, where we provide expert tutoring in mathematics, computer science, English, and science for students up to the GCSE level. We are delighted you’ve chosen us to support your child’s educational journey. Our mission is to create a personalised learning experience that nurtures academic success and builds confidence in every student.

Our Commitment to You and Your Child:

• Personalised Learning: We focus on individual progress, tailoring lessons to meet your child's needs and help them reach their full potential.

• Small Group Tuition: Students benefit from focused attention in a small group setting, ensuring their learning experience is both supportive and dynamic.

• Regular Feedback: Continuous assessments allow us to track progress, and you will receive a progress update after every session, alongside more detailed reviews every 2-3 months.

Terms and Conditions

To ensure a smooth learning experience, please review the following policies:

1. Payments:

   • Payments are taken exactly one month after the initial payment date..

   • Full monthly fees must be collected before students can access tutoring sessions.

   • For students on our previous payment plan, any remaining credit will automatically transfer to our new system.

2. Absences:

   • We do not reimburse missed lessons unless they fall during our scheduled closures (e.g., during Eid and Christmas).

   • However, students can attend a make-up session within the same week of the missed lesson, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • To cancel your membership, we require one month's notice.

4. Lesson Adjustments:

   • If lesson timings need to be changed, a minimum of one week’s notice is required.

   • We ask that students arrive punctually for each session.
